Private Pavilions during Henley Royal Regatta 2024

Hire your very own private marquee and lawn area overlooking the rowing. Available for groups of 1-10, 10-20, 20-50 and 50-75, you can take advantage of our on-site caterers or bring your own food and drink with you, we just ask that you don’t bring a 3rd party caterer onsite. Barbecues are not permitted in the Pavilions Enclosure.

Each Pavilion comes with a daily race programme plus the following furniture & parking spaces:

1-10 Guests: 1 x Trestle Table, 2 x Picnic Benches, 2 x Parasols. 1 x Parking Space directly behind the Pavilion.

10-20 Guests: 2 x Trestle Tables, 4 x Picnic Benches, 4 x Parasols. 1 x Parking Space directly behind the Pavilion + 1 Parking Space in the main car park.

20-50 Guests: 3 x Trestle Tables, 6 x Picnic Benches, 6 x Parasols. 2 x Parking Spaces directly behind the Pavilion + 2 Parking Spaces in the main car park.

50-75 Guests: 4 x Trestle Tables, 9 x Picnic Benches, 9 x Parasols. 3 x Parking Spaces directly behind the Pavilion + 3 Parking Spaces in the main car park.
