Deluxe Private Pavilions during Henley Royal Regatta 2024

Hire your very own deluxe private marquee and lawn area overlooking the rowing. Available for groups of 10-20, 20-50 and 50-75, you can take advantage of our on-site caterers or bring your own food and drink with you, we just ask that you don’t bring a 3rd party caterer onsite. Barbecues are not permitted in the Pavilions Enclosure.

Each Deluxe Pavilion comes with electricity, daily race programmes plus the following furniture & parking spaces:

10-20 Guests: 2 x Trestle Tables, 4 x Picnic Benches, 4 x Parasols, Rattan Sofa & Chair Set. 1 x Parking Space directly behind the Pavilion + 2 Parking Space in the main car park.

20-50 Guests: 3 x Trestle Tables, 6 x Picnic Benches, 6 x Parasols, 2 x Rattan Sofa & Chair Sets. 2 x Parking Spaces directly behind the Pavilion + 4 Parking Spaces in the main car park.

50-75 Guests: 4 x Trestle Tables, 9 x Picnic Benches, 9 x Parasols, 3 x Rattan Sofa & Chair Sets. 3 x Parking Spaces directly behind the Pavilion + 6 Parking Spaces in the main car park.
