Buffet Dining

Your catering package will include a buffet table with linen, floral decoration, crockery, cutlery, and linen napkins.

The sample menu consists of the following dishes:
– Pork, apple & fennel handmade sausage rolls with real ale chutney
– Treacle glazed gammon with maple & mustard dressing
– Smoked salmon & asparagus quiche
– Roasted chicken with pesto and Mediterranean vegetables (GF)
– Heirloom tomato tart with basil dressing and baby watercress (V)
– Roasted courgette, Parmesan, and pea salad with mint oil (GF)
– Harissa garden vegetable salad with rocket & dukkah and turmeric yoghurt (V/GF)
– Herby green salad with cucumber, mange tout, peas, spring onions, and black garlic dressing (VV)
– Rustic breads & flavoured butter selection (V)

Desserts include Chocolate Deluxe (V/GF) and Berry Eton Mess (V/GF).
